The Consultants Index is the latest industry tackled by Netbenchmarks. This Index is a unique online customer satisfaction tool for professional buyers of consulting services and provides independant recommendation about consultants directly from clients and highlights who is delivering the highest quality of service in the management consulting industry.
Using a platform developed by Provolve this unique tool has been rolled out across industries. The tool allows Netbenchmarks to remain firmly in control of thir own site. All aspects of the site's management is controlled through the unique management console. In fact the entire site has been set up through the management console making the roll-out as easy as possible.
Customer profiles are maintained online by the consultants allowing them to design their own individual profiles and their customer facing organisation's profile. Surveys designed to discover the client's true opinion on the consultant's performance are completed online giving buyers access to case studies and true feedback. Using the integrated Customer Relationship Manager, Netbenchmarks staff are able to keep in touch easily with their customers and documents and surveys can be published directly to the website by using the integrated Content Management System.
This Index is currently in pre-release and will be launched to a huge audience of both manangement consultants and buyers in March 2007.
